National Dessert Day

In honor of National Dessert Day this Saturday, I decided to bake my favorite fall treat.. pumpkin pie! Pumpkin pie is one of my favorite desserts to eat in the fall along with a nice cup of hot apple cider. Since I'm allergic to gluten, finding a pie crust recipe that doesn't fall apart has been difficult luckily I finally found one that stays together and taste amazing! The recipe for the crust was taken from the blog, Gluten Free On A Shoestring and I'll share it below ↓ and the recipe for the filling was Libby's famous pumpkin pie which I will also place share below ↓ !
